Graduating as a Business Executive is a proud moment for me, and I want to thank Jeevidam Limited and DHAN Foundation for the opportunity and the support throughout this journey. With my background in agriculture and a Master’s in Seed Technology, I always had the dream to apply my knowledge meaningfully in the field—and Jeevidam gave me that platform.
For the past one year and eight months, I have been working closely with over 1100 poor and smallholder farming families in Parangipettai. This journey has been more than just professional—it has been deeply personal and transformative.
Through my work, I have built strong relationships with farmers, understood their day-to-day challenges, and supported them in solving problems—whether it's in cultivation, marketing, or leadership development. I’ve facilitated community meetings, conducted training, and worked towards improving livelihoods, especially in the agriculture sector.
These experiences have helped me grow not only in my technical knowledge but also in my confidence, empathy, and leadership. I’ve learned how systemic issues affect rural livelihoods, and I’m committed to being part of the solution.
My vision going forward is to strengthen our Jeevidam Federation with proper systems and processes, enhance farm productivity through need-based training, and build sustainable market linkages. I am passionate about contributing to the growth of Jeevidam’s Business Units and ensuring that our collective efforts lead to lasting impact for our communities.
