HELP Process Enables Jeevidam Integrators with Learning and Review

The Half-Yearly Enabling and Learning Process (HELP) for Jeevidam Integrators was successfully conducted at DHAN People Academy (DPA) from 12th to 15th November 2024. A total of 42 Jeevidam Integrators representing various Farmers Producer Companies (FPCs) promoted by DHAN Foundation and Jeevidam Limited participated in this three-day intensive review and capacity-building event.

The process included:

• Review of FPO performance for the first half of FY 2024–25, focusing on key thematic areas such as
  • Social Mobilisation
  • Agriculture Marketing
  • Law & Accounts
  • Crop Husbandry
• The reviews were facilitated by domain experts to assess Plan vs. Progress and identify areas for improvement.

In addition to the review, input sessions were provided on:

• Forward and Backward Linkages
• Productivity enhancement
• Accounts & Tally System

This structured HELP process served as a valuable platform for learning, reflection, and planning—eming Integrators to better support their FPOs in achieving sustainable growth.
