In October 2024, Ilayankudi Vayalaga Jeevidam Farmers Producer Company Limited successfully distributed 800 bags of fertilizer to 200 member farmers in the Ilayankudi Block.

Training Outcome
Over 110 farmers were trained in preparing Panchakavya, a traditional organic bio-input made from five cow-derived ingredients. Following the training, farmers applied Panchakavya on their paddy fields and observed visible improvements in crop health and yield. These results reinforce the effectiveness of indigenous agricultural practices in enhancing farm productivity.
