Representatives from Jeevidam participated in a one-day training program on the Krushak Odisha Portal, held on 24th December 2024 in Bhubaneswar. The training was organized by the Directorate of Horticulture, Odisha.
The Krushak Odisha Portal is a free digital platform launched by the Government of Odisha to provide personalized and seasonal agricultural advisories to farmers. Enrolled farmers receive weekly voice calls on their mobile phones with expert guidance on crop and livestock management, weather updates, pest control, and disease prevention.
During the session, Jeevidam representatives gained valuable insights into the portal’s features, government schemes, and procedures for online applications. These learnings will be leveraged to support and integrate the portal's benefits into the FPOs promoted by DHAN Foundation and Jeevidam Ltd in the coming months.
