November proved to be a pivotal month for the unit's development, marked by technical reviews and infrastructure coordination:

Expert Consultancy & Review: On November 1st, a NABARD consultancy team visited the Kovilpathu site to review specific project details and offer guidance on the mill's establishment. This was followed by a formal Rice Mill Review Meeting in Orathanadu on November 16th to ensure the project remains on track with institutional standards.

Technical Support: The unit received a specialized visit from the Madurai Agribusiness Incubation Forum (MABIF) on November 17th, focusing on the technical and operational requirements of the processing facility.

Infrastructure Progress: A critical hurdle was addressed on November 15th with the signing and submission of the Electricity Board (EB) connection application. Securing this power supply is essential for the mill's machinery to become operational.

A Strong Foundation for Growth: Beyond the physical infrastructure, the FPO continues to strengthen its institutional processes to support this expansion. The leaders, during discussions with the Jeevidam team, highlighted that the present quarter activities were not limited to construction but also included bank coordination and loan documentation to ensure the financial sustainability of the unit.
